Tibbie Water and FPA is a non-profit organization that has provided water utility
services to the Tibbie community since its founding in 1993. Tibbie Water
currently serves approximately 500 customers and growing. We are a purchase
system in which we currently purchase water from McIntosh Water & FPA and
Deer Park-Vinegar Bend Water. Our system also has emergency connections with
the Fruitdale Water system and Washington County Water system.

Tibbie Water Authority currently has three board members serving its water
utility board. They are as follows: Billy Joe Baxter, Grover Buchanan, Curtis Green.
Board meetings are usually held on the first Tuesday of each month at 9:00a.m
